Service Opportunity: Making Sandwiches for Tent City 5 &  St. Francis House on Tuesday Feb. 27th Thank You to our generous parishioners who regularly make sandwiches and hard boiled eggs for St. Francis House.  Your continued efforts help some of the most needy people in our Seattle community.  Please continue to provide this valuable gift of your time and treasure.  Drop off is between 7:30 am and 9:00 am every Wednesday morning in the parish center. As the need for food continues to grow every day for those who are homeless or temporarily housed at Tent City 5, we have another opportunity for you to make an even bigger impact by joining the Fatima Service Team to make a larger quantity of sandwiches together. Please join the Service Team on Tuesday Feb. 27th at 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm in the parish center.  Families welcome.  RSVP is requested, but not required.  Sign up Here. Please indicate how many people will be in your group as well. If you can bring sandwich makings, please also sign up for how many sandwich makings you will bring.  We will make PB & J, ham and cheese and bologna sandwiches. Our goal is to make at least 200 sandwiches to feed each individual that comes in to St. Francis House on Wednesday and who lives at Tent City 5.  

Needs include sandwiches of any kind, but especially tuna or meat, (no need to sign-up for sandwiches - just bring as you have always done! NEEDED!)  Please put sandwiches into individual sandwich bags, put back into the larger bread bag and mark the bag with the type of sandwich. Hard boiled eggs are needed! Please put hard boiled eggs into a carton, secure with a rubber band and then into a bag. sign up here  for hard boiled egg donations.
